Claire is one of five daughters who was raised on a small farm in rural Connecticut. She was a 4-H member, peer leader, and student athlete during her formative years.

For nearly a decade, she was a military wife, and mother to three children, moving every year or two around the country and abroad.

In her late 30’s Claire returned to college while working full time in public schools and raising her family. Upon college graduation, she dove into the communications field and was honored to serve in the City of Fort Collins Communication Office for many years.

Along the way, the entrepreneurial spirit called to her, and she formed a creative and communications consulting firm serving local governments and nonprofits across Colorado.

Claire transitioned to community impact work shortly before COVID and truly found her place. Serving nonprofits, donors, and community partners by convening critical work groups and leadership teams through difficult times was her sweet spot.

The Community of Foundation of Northern Colorado, (now the NoCo Foundation) needed a well-connected and trusted partner to expand their impact work in 2022. Claire joined the leadership team and for three years increased the Foundation’s work and elevated its brand through several nonprofit engagement, local government partnerships, strategic communications initiatives, and thought leadership projects.
